        hospitalized for empiric treatment with parenteral antibiotics having activity against MRSA
        
        Vancomycin, daptomycin, linezolid or tedizolid, televancin, and ceftaroline

        vancomycin, linezolid, or clindamycin
        
        5 days of treatment or more if needed
