International standard for evaluating software quality based on a set of quality features and sub-characteristics.

Usability: Set of attributes related to the effort needed for the use, and in the individual assessment of such use, by an established or involved set of users.

Efficiency: Set of attributes related to the relationship between the level of performance of the SW and the amount of resources needed under established conditions.

Reliability: set of attributes related to the ability to maintain a presentation level under established conditions for a set period of time.

Portability: A set of attributes related to the ability of a SW system to be transferred from one platform to another.

Functionality: set of attributes that relate to the existence of a set of functions and their specific properties.

Standard for the improvement of software development processes

Its purpose is to integrate a work team that has as its starting point the unification of processes, to be able to carry out all those procedures that can help to improve those processes that they develop.
