Bad name for influencers, for example Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Hailey Baldwin. They all repped for the event, influencing people to buy tickets, but they had no idea that the event was a disaster waiting to happen.
Very few social media posts - should have put up red flags. Re-using of old content, demonstrates how the event was not progressing.

Very good marketing, attracted lots of customers who were willing to pay the high price

Would have affected the destination image, supposed to be looked at as a premium destination but fire festival would have put people off going back.
