Personal connection: Listening is very important for me because if I need help or something when I have problem, my family are the ones who will listen to every detail of my story and give me advices directly instead of texting my friends for help which may leads to misconceptions or misunderstanding. I personally prefer to talk directly instead of texting my friends because not everyone will listen carefully, thus they maybe not focus or change the topics of the conversation.
