Needed help setting up New Signature in Outlook
Here are quick steps that will help you to create a new signature:
- Open a new email message.
- On the Message menu, click on Signature* and then click on Signatures**.
- Under Select signature to edit, choose New, and in the New Signature dialog box, type a name for the signature.
4.Under Edit signature, compose your signature. You can change fonts, font colors, and sizes, as well as text alignment. If you want to create a more robust signature with bullets, tables, or borders, use Word to format your text, then copy and paste the signature into the Edit signature box.
- Under Choose default signature,select the signature that you just created for:
Email Account
New message
Replies/ forwards
- Choose OK to save your new signature and return to your message. Outlook doesn't add your new signature to the message you opened in Step 1, even if you chose to apply the signature to all new messages. You'll have to add the signature manually to this one message. All future messages will have the signature added automatically. To add the signature manually, select Signature from the Message menu and then pick the signature you just created

Setup a hyperlink in email signature
- In Outlook , Navigate to File -> Options.
Next, Click on Mail then look for a Signatures.. buttton and click on it.It will open Signature and Stationery Window.
3.In this window , under the E-mail Signature , you should see your signatures that you have created.
Do you see the Signature that you created and would like to use..?

Great , On the right hand side under Choose default signature :
Under E-mail account , Select your email account that you would like to put a signature on.
Under New messages and / or Replies/forwards , select the signature that you would like to use.
NOTE: You can use same or different signature for New messages and Replies/forwards.

Great , Please follow the below steps to add a hyperlink to your signature:
In the Edit signature section, select and highlight the text you will add a hyperlink for, and click the Hyperlink button in the toolbar.See screenshot below:
- Then the Insert Hyperlink dialog box comes out, please enter the website address in the Address: box, and click OK button.
Now you can click the OK button in the Signatures and Stationery dialog box to finish editing.
NOTE: However, if you want this edited signature with hyperlinks inserted in new messages and Replies / Forwards messages automatically, you have to configure the default signature as follow:
