from Menu Bar - Navigate to Account from the list and click on Sign Out.

You can also go to the Sign On window by going to

from General Menu Word -> Navigate to Account and click on Sign In button under Sign in to Office.
You will see a window with Microsoft icon pop up asking for your Email , phone , or Skype.
Please enter your Zovio email address here and click on
Next
Now enter your password and click on
Sign In
Are you now able to see your Name on the top right hand side in Ms Word.

Ok , Looks like your password has expired and needs to be changed. Please open office 365 web portal by going to
https://outlook.office365.com/
.
If you are already logged in , it will open your emails . Click on your profile on the top right hand side and navigate to
My Account
and then select Security & Privacy from the left hand pane. Click on
Change Password
. It will open a new window where you will need to enter your Current Password followed by New Password. Click on
Submit
If not logged in , please login using the current password. Click on your profile on the top right hand side and navigate to
My Account
and then select Security & Privacy from the left hand pane. Click on
Change Password
. It will open a new window where you will need to enter your Current Password followed by New Password. Click on
Submit
Now login to Outlook using the new password. Are you able to login to Outlook now.?
