Project Risk Identification
Stakeholders being unable to fulfill their commitment to the project
Stakeholders being late or absent from meeting due to busy schedules/other responsibilities.
Some Stakeholders are outside the country - this means meetings are hard to plan and execute.
Stakeholders not completing deliverables on time
Stakeholders not fully understanding what is required of them
Stakeholders complete deliverables to a unsatisfactory quality.
Stakeholders can be pulled into new teams/responsibilities, and have their attention deviated from this project, even if they were fully committed previously in its lifetime.
Stakeholder conflict
Conflicting opinions and personalities can halt progress/work being done in workshops and sprints
Stakeholders aren't onboard with the use of SFIA.
Stakeholders disagree with the projects mission
Lack of interest, commitment and effort to the project perhaps
Services Risk, in the instance where a Service we rely on doesn't deliver it's service adequately, progress could halt
Teams/Skype difficulty when having calls or workshops with people outside of the UK
SFIA cannot deliver their service for an unforeseen reason
Devices such as Laptops/Phone can stop working/crash, losing work or halting progress
Time risk
Due to factors mentioned here, planned events and sections of the project may get severely delayed because the work leading up to them was delayed
Risk of being unprepared for Workshop
Could not have deck or materials needed for Workshop ready - causing delays
