        My own experience: In my junior high school, one of my classmates had ADHD. He often make noise or do something else during the class.

        My own experience: I always listen to the opinion of my best friend about me.

        my own example: when I expect I'm going to mess up something, I start to become nervous, then I will really mess it up.
