-Decisiveness
The ability to make decisions quickly and confidently. Characterised by firmness and decision.
-Punctuality
The fact or quality of being on time. More specifically being able to complete a required task or fulfill an obligation before or at a previously designated time.
-Self motivation
Ability to do what needs to be done. This is without influence from other people or situations.
-Leadership
The action of leading a group of people or an organisation. It can also be the state or position of being a leader.
-Respect
A feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements. It can also mean the showing of gratitude

-Problem solving
The process of finding solutions to difficult or complex issues. These people have the ability to solve tricky situations logically and effectively.
-Determination
A firm intent or a decision which has been reached. The ability to resiletner and motivated to complete a certain task.
-Independence
trait in which a person consistently prefers to act on his/her own thoughts and feelings than take in the views of others. This trait allows people to complete tasks on their own accord without the assistance of anybody else.
-Time management
Process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on specific activities. Especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
-Team working
The collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal. To complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
-Written
Has high performance when doing written work such as writing up paperwork. This allows for faster task completions
-Numerical
Good with numbers like completing mathematical formulas. This is helpful to complete long equations with statistics or other number sorts.
-Verbal
Good with speech and getting their point across to people. This can be good in conferences and meetings.
-Planning
Planning skills include being able to prepare different types of things at workplaces. This would be good at preparing training sessions and meetings.
-Organisation
This useful for keeping tidy and clean. This allows people to fort files and papers for easy access
