Telephone - Speaking over the phone should be done formally and with confidence.In a scenario of a voice chat between an employee.It should be formal and spoken slowly to make sure the person can hear properly.

A report is a document that presents information in an organized format for a specific audience and purpose. Although summaries of reports may be delivered orally, complete reports are almost always in the form of written documents.

A limitation of this can be the data not being presented clearly and all over the place along.
A letter is a written message conveyed from one person to another person through a medium. Letters can be formal and informal.A limitation of a letter is that it is time consuming

Decisiveness

People with self motivation can find a reason and strength to complete a task, even when challenging, without giving up or needing another to encourage them.
