I am very keen to know more about the salary review process which I will soon be working on for RDU and BEM Maisons.
I am looking forward to learning more about the salary review process (fast approaching!), as well as some of the new initiatives that Global HR Rewards is undertaking
Salary Review: clear infos on what about SIHH, MBO meetings, final ratings, dates for testing/training Comp' Online, readiness of market data, outcome of Working Groups on Benchmarking and what will change in the upcoming round
Updates on CEPEC survey in Switzerland and if it will go into SAP once Job Pricing is implemented, updates on whether Manufacturing will be added as a Job Family in Switzerland, more information on how commissions will evolve in SAP (only total are stored, can we store by type e.g. pool and individual), status on RJR guidance for HRBPs
Clear governance on how salary review budgets can be used by Maisons (e.g. using APAC within APAC, or if using Japan for US etc.)
Update on AQDB and salary review letter generation
