Allow referees to look at monitors at pitch
Improve communication with fans
On-field referee should have final say
Show replays
Broadcast discussion between VAR and referee
Don't overrule an offside decision unless it's a clear error
Technology will make it more fair
Altough don't use it more than now
Emotion is different
Fans and player have to wait to be sure if it's a goal
But more fair
Impossible for referee to always be in the perfect spot
Also not in every occassion -> like corners
Good to check penalties and offside
Will have always mistakes
But by removing 3 or 4 big mistakes a game, it will be more fair
