uses of graphics
Entertain
Entertainment using graphics are mostly used in things like comic novels, etc. mostly for things used for usage to make people feel better.
Examples of this are:
Comics
Comics use this as most comics are made on computers, and if there are no graphics, nothing can load, meaning nothing but blank pages.
Video Games
Video games use this because otherwise, the game can not load, so it would just be a black screen.
Youtube.
Youtube uses this to load pages and videos. if it did not load any graphics, nothing would load. no page. no videos.
Educate
Similar to inform, But with a clear and measurable objective (example of this is to learn about different camera shots or or composition in photgraphy)
Promote
This is like advertisments, but is broader in scope (an example it to promote NHS campaigns)
Inform
Informing is another of the infinite uses of graphics, as they are used for the fact that people will use technology to message colleuges, freinds, etc. here are some example of these.
Leaflets
Leaflets how this as they are used to process and deliver things, that other componies may fail to in a long descriptions. these are usually made on the computer, leading to the main cause. no graphics on a computer means no work at all.
-
instructions
instructions are typed out on a sheet then printed of for people to use, resulting in the same issue. if there are no graphics on a pc, there is no work there at all.
Advertise
there is a lot of creativity when it comes down to this in the world of advertisments, which is beneficial to making a good advert, which is what people want when they see an advertisment. examples of this could be:
Newspapers
newspapers use this idea as they contain advertisments inside of the actual catergory itself, which is what people want, and since, like, comics, they are tuypes up in pc, where are you going to plac e advertismts knowing nothing is there?
Posters
Posters have the same example of newspapers. they both contain a advertisment, and they are both usually made on computer. if there are no graphics, no poster which also means no production.
Magazines
most articles are typed up on pc which means if there are no graphics, this literally means that there is nothing at all there, meaning no artical, and most importantly, no magazines.
