If you're bored, there are alot of sources of entertainment
Rather than going to a cinema, theatre you can sit at home watching through apps like YouTube which require NO payments or you could use netflix which requires you to pay a monthly fee but you get thousands of films to watch in return.
E-commerce let's people buy certain products more easily.
It let's people buy products while sitting at home rather than physically going to a shop and buying the product.
The internet lets us communicate with people that live thousands of kilometres away from us
If you have friends that live hundreds or thousands kilometres away from you it would be much easier to message them in the click of a button rather than sending a letter than could take days, weeks or even months to reach them.
Jobs such as programmers or developers let people earn a living.
They programme websites that provide us with research material, e-commerce that are used on a daily basis by alot of people.
You can find research material more conveniently and easily
Rather than doing research in books, you can google almost any question and it could be answered.
