Proccess
- Based on Geographic location and which type of doctor is needed, the next possible appointment will be shown.
- Doctor can decide, if he will offer a Tele-Medicine solution or patient can just make directly an appointment.
Tele-Medicine solution: Medical history questionnaire (Anmanesbogen) based on the symptoms what the patient has will be decided if the patient can receive help via. Tele-Medicine / Chat function or he directly will need an appointment.
Doctor can prescribe the patient an E-Prescrition to get medicine. The patient will receive this prescription on his account and a medical-plan which will be documented in his E-Patient card.
He can also receive a sick leave, so he doesnt have to go to the doctor personaly.
The doctor can not help the patient, so the patient has to make an appointment with the doctor to see him in his practice
The doctor already recognices the issues with the patient based on the symptoms, and can directly send him a transfer paper to a specialist.

- Patient will have to register on our platform and fill out the questionair to proceed on our platform.

E-Patientcard
- Filling up the E-Patientcard with the information which has been given from the patient based on our questionair
- Doctor will document the investigation of the patient in the E-Patient card. This will be automatically synchronized to the software solution of the practice.
- Official medical documents will be saved / uploaded into the E-Patiencard (Results from the Lab; Transfer-Paper to other doctors; E-Prescription; Sick leave; Medical Plan).

- If a family member is taking care of the patient, he can make appointments by doctors for the patient, has the medical plan for the patient, if there is an emergency, the family member can immediatly share the E-Patient card with the hospital.

- With the information given by the patient on our platform, this can be shared with the practice software system.
