4.3 Personal attributes
Decisiveness - The ability to make decisions on the fly and not spend to much time making decisions. This can be useful so that time is not wasted while people are trying to decide what the correct choice would be.
Punctuality - The ability to be on time and get things done and being generally organized and correct behaviour. This can be useful as this is what an employer looks for when they look to hire a person is the punctuality throughout their career.
Self motivation - The ability to motivate oneself and to get them ready and excited to complete the task at hand. This would be useful in a working environment as your bosses usually don’t try to motivate you they just let you get on with it.
Leadership - The ability to take charge and lead a group of people and have the follow you. This would be useful in a workplace environment as it will allow you to be open to roles like supervisor and manager should the opportunity arise.
Respect - The ability to show a care and willingness to accept something no matter what it is or how you treat others with a certain level of politeness. This would be useful in the workplace as you should always show respect and politeness towards everyone you work with.
Dependability -The ability to have people rely on and trust you. This would be useful in the workplace as people can ask you to get something done and you will be able to get it done as you live up to your word.
Problem solving - The ability to take a problem and look at it break it down and solve it with general haste made. This can be useful in the workplace as it can be a determining factor on if you get a job in this environment lots of problems can arise in a manner of different ways all unique to each workplace.
Determination - The ability to have your mental state focused on the task and only the task. This shows that you will not stop working until you complete the task. This would be useful in the workplace as you always strive to complete the task at hand.
Independence - The ability to be able to complete tasks individually without needing constant supervision and the ability to be on your own for decent amounts of time.
Time management - The ability to manage when you have to complete things by and finding time for yourself. An example of this would be a work/life balance this would be useful at work as you can be given multiple tasks and you would have to decide when you have time to complete these.
Team working - The ability to work in a team. This would be useful in a workplace environment as you usually have to work as part of a team

Planning - The ability to arrange a plan to implement this to its full potential. This would be useful in a workplace environment as it can be seen as a form of problem solving and this is very desirable as this would be seen as the trait of a leader.
Organisation - The ability to have an arranged and planned out life with everything being where is should be and have a plan for everything. This would be useful in the workplace as you can know where everything is an example would be if you worked in a warehouse.

4.1 Communication skills

Verbal - This would include how you talk to people and in what tone and form depending on the other person. If you were to use formal language you would seem more professional and would come across more hireable, whereas if you use an informal tone it’d be more useful when talking to your friends and not how you talk to an interviewer.
Questioning techniques - This would include how you ask questions and what type of questions there are. There are two main types of questions and that is closed and open.
Written - This would include the way in which you for letters and emails and follows on well from the section based on verbal communication because the exact same applies when it comes to formal and informal writing.
Other barriers - This would include factors like language, noise, distraction and lack of concentration.
