- - - - As contest grows closer, customer should be encouraged to participate more. When contest is 75%, we should make them choose their top 3 artists into phase 2 where she can really get into detail with them to get the best design.
        
        Once customer chooses a winning design, the artist is notified and he has xx hours to upload the two files. One is a high resolution design of the tattoo for referrence of colors, style, etc. The other is an outline of the shape to be used for the tattoo stencil.
        
        Customer received files and accept the release of payment to the artist.
        
        Share page - We need to encourage them to share the experience on their social media, share with their contacts, etc..
        
        Tip your artist and rate the artist. Encourage them to tip (It's customary to tip your artist for a great job, etc) We will take 25% of this tip
        
        Payment released to artist. The artist will get 75% and we will get 25%. They are paid directly via API with paypal
        
        All designs not chose to win are now eligible for the artist to list it for sale inside the tattoo designs section. With a click of a mouse, they should have the ability to upload the files and submit the design. They can choose categories to put it in (multiple) and SEO keywords for search feature. They can choose from 4 prices for their designs.. $3.99, $6.99 and $9.99. They will get 50% of these sales and we will get the other 50%

        The customer doesn't choose a design (this happens often as they lose interest)
        
        After the contest ends, they have xx days to choose a winning design. If they do not pick one, a series of emails is sent to them advising that we will have to choose a winner for them to be fair to the hard work the artists put in. We will then be prompted to either choose a winner or if we see nobody really out in any effort, we keep it.

      - Images have to be checked by Tineye or similar service to make sure they are not stolen from the internet. This is a common issue. Artists often will "borrow" an image from the internet and submit t as their open design. This system should flag the design and give us a place to confirm and remove it if it is stolen, etc.
      - We need to have the ability for artists and customers to "report design" meaning that they are taken to a small area to tell us about a design (inappropriate or stolen from the internet, etc) - This will flag us to look into it and take appropriate measures.
      - Artists will be able to see the designs submitted by other artists as well as the star rating the customer has assigned the designs, but the comments for each design should only be seen by the artist who submitted it and of course the customer who writes it
- - - - Artist is taken to their account page where they can add images portfolio, information, etc. Here I want them to have a profile picture, a bio, recent entries, recent wins, as well as all the items that have for sale in the marketplace. Also, they need an area where they can upload their portfolio for people to see. We need to restrict them form having their email addresses listed as well as facebook instagram, etc. We don't want the customer to bypass our system and work directly with the artists. Artists should be on a probationary period for 60 days so we can identify them and monitor them more closely.
