Make sure the account is not locked out.
If password was changed on the network account, make sure it is now the same in the iPhone. Click on Settings, then Passwords and accounts and select Zovio Corporate Email. Click Re-enter password. This will take you to a standard Office 365 login page. Once you go through the login process, your email will work as expected.

Great , after O365 login , you will be presented with a Duo Mobile authentication screen, select the top option “send push.” When the Duo Mobile app pops up on the iPhone, tap the green accept button. It will automatically log you in.
