Role:Operations Assistant (Building)
Responsibility
maintain the aesthetic quality of the mall
Ensure that the appropriate decors are planned and set up on time
Supervise tenants delivery
Perform all other tasks that may be assigned and required by the Mall Admin.
Directly reporting to the Mall Admin
Monitor daily utility consumption.

Inputs daily utility reading on excel and forward it to Acctg. for proper billing of tenants utility consumption
