Project

Project Classification

Stages in the Development of a Project
Planning phase.
This involves establishing how the work team must meet the restrictions on benefits, time planning and cost. A detailed planning gives consistency to the project and avoids surprises that are never well received.
Initiation phase.
Definition of the objectives of the project and the resources necessary for its execution. The characteristics of the project imply the need for a previous phase or stage destined to the preparation of the project, a phase that has a great importance for the good progress of the project and that must be specially taken care of. A large part of its success or failure is mainly forged in these preparatory phases that, along with a good planning stage, some people tend to belittle, eager to want to see results too soon.
Control phase.
Monitoring of the work done analyzing how progress differs from what was planned and initiating the necessary corrective actions. It also includes leadership, providing guidelines to human resources, subordinates (even outsourced) to do their work effectively and on time.

Execution phase
. It represents the set of tasks and activities that involve the actual execution of the project, the execution of the work in question. It responds, first of all, to the specific technical characteristics of each type of project and involves putting into play and managing the resources in the proper way to develop the work in question. Each type of project responds at this point to its own technology, which is generally well known to those skilled in the art.
Delivery or start-up phase.
As already stated, every project is intended to be completed within a predetermined period, culminating in the delivery of the work to the client or the start-up of the developed system, verifying that it works properly and Responds to the specifications at the time approved. This phase is also very important not only because it represents the culmination of the operation but also because of the difficulties that it usually presents in practice, becoming too long and causing delays and unforeseen costs.
