Chester zoo has a very strict policy in order to keep their customers happy and safe. As the business is rather risky as it involves coming eye to eye with a wild animal, the company needs to ensure that their customers are well taken care of. The image of their business is valuable for them which is why they consider their customers to be one of the main focus of importance. On the Chester Zoo website the company provides the public with detailed description of their activities and how they prospect. For their business to be legal and run accorinf to law they invest a lot of their focus into policies, ascts, legitimate interests as well as showing their annual reports. Chester Zoo has a very strict practice and policies in order to keep their employees happy and satisfied. However I have found out that as a charity Chester Zoo welcomes anyone that want to join and contribute to their cause. As I've previously mentioned in other point the NEZS is the company responsible for this charity. Their purpose is to ensure that their customers and visitors have a good time while contributing to protection of endangered wildlife.
Trustees
In general a trustee is a main body of this charity. Also as directors their responsibility of an organization is to follow the law, and have an extensive control over the management and administration. The company gives us information about how strategically determine the way they direct their policies towards society and their activities. Their role is to appoint the principal executives like CEO for instance in order to have a working system chierarchy so the mangment's purpose is to delegate and report to higher administartives responsibly to direct their staff and implement policies o the daily baisis at the Zoo so it's run smoothly and accordingly.

So they play quiet a major role in the way the organization's activities. They also arrange fundraisings as it is a charitable cause to contribute to the input they give in Chester zoo. The role of fundraising is to promote the principle of saving and protecting wildlife as well as gaining sources in order to do so. Pressure groups are beneficial for their business as though they help the charity t organize it and influence a lot of people and get them involved.
