        Evolve to a Purchase Order, notify Fleet & requesting department
        
        Procurement enters the information into Infor
        
        Vehicle is delivered to Fleet for acceptance processing (paperwork, licenses, insurance, etc.)
        
        Upon acceptance, Fleet or requesting department forwards invoice and odometer statement to Finance for licensing. Then sent to Accounts Payable for payment processing.
        
        Fleet inputs receipt of vehicle in infor
        
        Fleet forwards Certificate of Origin to Finance
        
        Fleet uses the infor information to track warranties and repair, maintenance, and insurance reporting
        
        Status change in Infor notifies Risk Management Associate to process insurance
        
        Determine if there are any trade ins
