(SAFETY INSPECTION) OSH REPORT WRITING
INTRODUCTION
Located at Batu Arang near Rawang Region
Population consists of 50 teachers, 5 office staffs and 1252 students from 1 till 5
Aim to inspect the school safety based on building, food, workplace and students area perspective
Our objective is to lessen the hazard by our most capabilities
The significance of this inspection is recent and future school staffs and students, MSU lecturers, other Osh Report Writing(YOS11203) students and for our future reference
The benefits of this activity is to save more lives and prevent further injuries towards teachers, students and staff of the workplace
The regulation referred is OSHA 1994.

PROCEDURE
Four type inspection checklist (Fire safety, Classroom, Workplace and Food receiving area
We use mobile phone, pen, 2 copy hiracr form and four paper of inspection checklist
FINDINGS
HEALTH HAZARDS
1) Cleaning under biological hazard
2) Food receiving area under biological hazard
3) Dust under biological hazard
SAFETY HAZARDS
3) Broken drain cover under physical hazard
4) Sharp Edge under physical hazard
2) Window frame not protective under physical hazard
5) Open circuit under electrical hazard
1) Walking up stairs under physical hazard
UNSAFE CONDITION
2)The route of the concrete slab went missing.
3) There are loose parts on the roof.
4) Open wired
5) The metal that cover the concrete is not secured
1) There are some parts missing and some are broken on the window of the class
LAYOUT (SCHOOL)
PREVIOUS RECORDS
There is a teacher stumble over while teaching because accidentally stepped on a hole in the floor
Zink roof from wooden building was blown off by the strong wind.
There were snake found around school
Student accidentally hit the window with his/her head causing the glass broken
IMPROVEMENT RECOMMENDED
In General - the school can conduct 'Gotong Royong' every once or twice in a month or week to keep clean and safe and -The school can conduct campaign related to fire safety and hygiene
HIERARCHY OF CONTROL
Elimination
- the school should throw away the unused objects that cause a hazards
Administrative control
- the school should called the pest control to come every month or week to keep the school hygiene - Prepare sulfur powder
Engineering Control
- the broken parts or missing parts can be fixed if there is proper maintenance
CONCLUSION
The achievement as safety and health team are we have identified the hazard. We can reduce or prevent the hazard that can cause injury or illness to the students, teachers and staff.
We also can keep the school hygienic by conducting a campaign that is suitable for the school
The first-aid program that we planned to do is fire safety because there are not many fire extinguishers in the school and they are placed too far away
