Planner
Planner can be accessed by going to the SharePoint site, and clicking 'Planner' on the left sidebar menu. Alternatively, click here to go there directly!
Planner is a centralized list of tasks that need to be completed. There are several categorized lists in which tasks can be added to, as shown in the picture below:

The Supervisor SharePoint site allows you to view supervisor meeting notes, documents, and various miscellaneous documents. Think of it as our great big Google Drive account!
There should be an 'Add Task' box that pops up. Enter your task name, set your task's due date (optional), and assign it to other staff (optional) in the appropriate fields.
Click the 'Add Task' button once you are done filling out those fields.
If you want to add more sub-tasks/comments under your task, click on your newly created task and you should be able to edit those various fields.
Completing a task
Once you complete a task, simply check off the task from the task list. Send an email as needed.
Notebook
The Busch Sup Connect Group is the central hub of communication within the Busch supervisory and management teams. In here, you will find: <connect-howto.png>
The Sups Sups SharePoint site, which is used to store files and information relevant to the management of the computer labs (stats sheets, signs, hours of operation, etc.) and long term operations and plans (Consultant Reviews, Site Specific Training, Hiring, etc). Think of it as the mega Sups Google drive.
Planner, which is used to keep track of the tasks that need to be done by the Busch supervisory and/or management teams.
Notebook, which used to contain files such as weekly sup meeting notes, consultant reviews, hiring documents, and ResNet documents. Notebook has been deprecated, though. To find the files that were originally kept in Notebook (meeting notes, consultant reviews, etc.), check for a dedicated folder in the 'Documents' section of the sups SharePoint site. <folders.png>
Emails specifically sent to and between Busch Sups, such as hiring recommendations, IML requests, etc.
Notebook IS NOT USED ANYMORE! It used to contain important documents such as supervisor meeting notes, but now all these files can be found in their own folder on the Sups SharePoint site.
