Joseph Nicephore invented the first machine to produce a picture. It was created to record images rather than painting or drawing them. After it was invented we were able to keep better record of events, things, and people.
1829 The Typewriter
The typewriter is a device that allows people to type words using already made letters. This was invented to make writing on paper faster and easier. After it was invented more writing was done and more books were written.
Braille was created by Loius Braille who created a series of raised dots that represented letters. It was invented so that the blind could read and write. After it was invented the blind were opened up to a whole new world of reading & writing.
This machine takes the seeds out of cotton so people dont have to do it by hand. After it was invented far less people were needed to produce cotton.
A mixture of clay and limestone makes concrete. Concrete is needed to make strong buildings and streets. After it was invented streets and buildings began to be built using it.
