Most organizations have formulated documents referred to as ‘codes of conduct’, that set out the accepted behaviours within the work place.
They have set out the rules and regulations that need to be adhered to by those in their employ. This is mainly because an individual’s conduct can affect the relationships within an organization, thereby taking a negative toll on the overall performance of an organization.

Unethical behaviour by fellow employees, especially if it goes unpunished or is condoned by management, prevents cooperation and trust among employees, which also creates low morale. This negative effect is magnified if the unethical behaviour by the company or employees results in harm to others.
While unethical behavior can provide a company with short-term benefits, it can negatively impact stakeholder support in the long run.

The quest to drive down costs very often leads to poor product quality, and puts end users at risk, leading to a strong case of bad business ethics. This is exemplified by Mattel, of Barbie doll fame.
Mattel has earned notoriety for manufacturing hazardous toys. The company outsourced manufacturing to China to cut costs, but the toys that came back were coated with toxic lead paint and contained 180 times the legal limit of lead content. The dolls became a major hazard, and Mattel had to recall them, and face public ire for its unethical business conduct.
Theranos engineers have created the first version of a mini-analyzer capable of working with a drop of blood. However, this device, called Edison, could do only one analysis.
However, in 2011 presented new device what was capable of performing four basic blood tests.
Edison could only do one analysis, they began using Siemens, for the other three. However, and for it it was required not a drop of blood from a finger, and a standard portion of venous blood.
Another huge problem is that last month Theranos acknowledged incorrect all the results of analyses made over the past two years. In fact, we are talking about tens of thousands of analyses. This means that on the basis of such incorrect blood tests, doctors could put thousands and thousands of incorrect diagnoses.

part of the wider picture of corporate social responsibility
As a rule, the code of ethics solves several problems at once: managerial (it is easier to manage employees),reputational (weight in the market is acquired) and corporate (corporate culture is inculcated).
The main task of creating a code of ethics is to form a positive attitude to the company or profession in society. Another equally important task of such a document is to help each employee in the team within the framework of "correct" behavior towards colleagues and / or clients.

the consequence of the offence in the state official job and unethical behaviour during the period of office job depends on the importance of causer‘s duties
On the other hand, the security of a state law mechanism from threat is also important. Especially huge damage to the state activity is made when there is a threat from “inside”, i.e. state officials themselves break the legal acts and behave unethically.
Professional knowledge and practice is its basis. A state official has to take care for developing his professional skills
assuming personal responsibility is the most important thing for the state officials
we have to look for the sources of corruption not in the actions of an individual, but in an inner culture of an organisation.
It is necessary to form organisational honesty.
The mass media propagate mass culture products, advertise consumer‘s behaviour, thinking and this penetrates state institutions.
In the process of globalization people become more pragmatic, looking for a benefit only for themselves and this makes good conditions for corruption.
The Law, standards and professionality of officials help to support morality in a public life and state service.
