        He could not provide evidence to prove this though
    - - A simple man who when 1/2 way to the Ant-Hill and retreated because it was just him and his friend left the rest were killed on the way there.
      - Really didn't want to die
    - - Got drunk before be shot and got injured after having started a fight in prison that he must be carried out in a stretcher
      - Made it out of the trenches right as the retreat started
      - Has been brave in other battles but that has nothing to do with this trial and he is killed anyways

        The 1st wave of men barely get 1/2 thought no-mans-land
        
        The men 1/2 thought at no-mans-land begin to retreat to the trenches
