After positively using your hotel service(s) for many years, I recently came across an unexpected problem which is probably rare at your well-regarded hotel.
Last week of October 2018 I confirmed my stay at your hotel. Your front desk (reception, reservation department) took all information. However, after arriving in your hotel we were offered a single room while/whereas we were in need of two double rooms.
Carelessness of your staff ruined our holidays.
Now that I have revealed my problematic experience, I would appreciate if you could provide me with proper compensation. I am positively looking for your reply.

Complaint - regarding the faulty computer

I have purchased a computer from your showroom. Its model No. is 185665 and bill No. is 1032. After installation it had been working fine for a week but then its system broke down.
I first made a verbal complaint about the issue but no action was taken for about a week. Then again I complained about the problem and one of your engineers came and did the inspection. He advised me to change the complete set as there was a kind of technical problem with the system which could not be fixed permanently.
Therefore, I request you to change the computer as it is still under the warranty period.
I am enclosing the copy of the bill and other documents for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon.
