        Stop aspirin (1wk) and warfarin (2d) in advance
        
        Check FBC, clotting and G&S
        
        US-guided Tru-Cut needle biopsy
        
        Complications
        Macroscopic haematuria in 1%
        Transfusion needed in 0.1%
