Meditation
Meditation allows us to disconnect from the technological world and allow us to be alone with our thoughts.
Being bored is good for our minds. It gives our minds time to wander and analyze what we did. It also keeps us aware of our surroundings.

I really enjoyed meditating during class. I thought it was a really cool way to learn about meditation. It made my day better.

Memory

There is a difference between knowing and Google knowing. Just because you looked it up on Google doesn't mean you really know the information you're getting.

Film Analyzation

A film analysis is different from a review. An analysis attempts to unpack the film through a certain interpretation. A review seeks to grade the film.
We analyzed the film Her in class. I did my analyzation on the Jonze trying to show technology could never overshadow human interaction.
In class, I remember the scale you made that showed the different degrees of determinism and what kind of person would fit into those categories.
