Drills:
Spinning Inversion Partner Drill:
Start on your back, extend arms and partner at your head. bring knees to chest, then heels to armpits. Right heel feeds left heel into partner's right armpit at heel. Spin to face partner, left knee crease goes up to armpit, lock trap triangle. Hollows of knee must come up to shoulders or you will be too far away

Spinning off shoulder:
Start in trap triangle with opponent's right arm inside. Place left calf on opponent's right shoulder to use as pivot / anchor point. Turn hips to the right and get legs in a straight line. Then lock figure four. This enables you to turn without using hands.
