Adult Learners are who I teach
Make the learning purposeful and relevent to the learner
Adult learns are more engage when the learning directly affects their job. IE: learning new software being implemented into the workflow.
My lessons and workshops will be designed to help the participant improve the performance of their daily job functions.
Provide advanced applications knowledge of software used to do develop 3D volume rendered images.
Set clear expections
Follow an established syllabus
Communicate any changes to lesson plan
Be accessible and responsive to students
Consistent due dates and times
Follow through
ORGANIZATION
Organization is key to successfully managing your classroom
Time Management
Following the syllabus, communicating any changes.
Keep course running on time. Respect the time of your participants, the facility/venue, and your budget.
Show your students respect, and they will respect you.
Respect and learn from life experience
Respect the time of the student
Respect and Passion for the material being taught.
Students and participants will be more engaged if you are passionate and deliver the material in such a way.
Find balance and don't go over the top with enthusiasm.
