Current Ocular History

Has been wearing glasses for 30 years now. Updated varifocal prescription 2 years ago no abnormalities present then. Does not experience headaches, glare sensitivity, floaters, flashing lights or diplopia

Symptoms

Noticed gradual change in vision in last 3-6 months. Felt the need to change spectacles as a result.
Personal History- 71 Year old retired female. Looks after grandchildren. Plays cards. Walks. Drives locally. Non smoker.
