Session 3. Princpal, DP and APs all from differnt schools in working groups planning a fictitious scenario to put in place
Session 4: Reflection in our own school groups on our leadership practice, our leadership culture and develpoing this.
Activities:
Design Role Descriptions - AP2s for AP1s, APs for DPs, DPs for Principals, Principals for Teams. Explore each others work.
