safety
Tesla is changing their vehicles to make them as safe as possible. Their SUV is the first to get a 5 star safety rating.

Rising eco-awareness
Public is becoming more aware of the environment. Want to switch to electric cars to limit their impact.
Electric cars are still new, not a lot sold.
Tesla is not making a lot of profit. When big car companies start to manufacture electric cars and can fund it by using their profits from conventional cars, Tesla will go down.

-
investor fatigue
Investors might be tired of investing money into Tesla. Tesla have been losing money in every one of the 10 years of its existence. They might start losing faith in Tesla.
apple store model
originally planned to have stores in high traffic malls to introduce customers to new brands in a lot of traffic (worked really well, breaking records of revenue per square foot of retail space)

NEW TESLA cyberTRUCK
The cybertruck is a combinationd of Elons' diffrent technologies packed into one product. ie. stainless steal alloy body (used in space x for the space geeks(and for optimality)), lithium ion batteries and solar roof option. All these functionalities and more are what even through its beginning faliour what makes people want to buy hus product. The cybertruck as well as having some of Elons best technologies also has and is an innovation in refrence to what trucks can be. "Love it or hate it Tesla's cybertruck is a game-changer"
In addittion to its features the cybertruck is relatively innexpensive, actually pricing at a much lower amount that a well equiped truck in the market (39,000). (Ford F-series goes from 30,000 to 44,00 making the cybertruck a real option)Elon: If it doesn't sell they will make more conventional trucks in the future
TESLAS REAL INNOVATION ISN'T THE ELECTRIC CAR Tesla, unlike other big car manufacturing brands doesn't spend money on advertisement ie. no superbowl, no Auto Show, no TV ads, they 'rack up the sales on their own'.
Tesla also doesn't give 'incentives' ie, sales durring specific seasons, instead it charges only what it needs (besids the incentives needed are the federal-tax credid which alectric cars are entitled to(7,500)).
Another thing that sets them appart is that Tesla takes customer deposits upfront from 1 to 3 years before production.
Analysist argue that once Tesla became more mainstream that its behaviour would have to change as well, however it did not and in maintains its unique buisness model even after having earned a spot in the market as one of the leading e-car produceers.

ETHICS
Tesla Auto Pilot could save million of lives but will kill some at the beginning. Is it ethically correct to harm peoples
lives for the sake of saving others?
There is internal competition in the company, since there is constant pressure for thinking creatively, in order to innovate. Tesla is all about innovation.
Tesla has a good reputation for its sustainability, as the company makes electric cars, which do not produce carbon dioxide emissions. This makes the government, pressure groups and consumers happy,
On the other hand, the production of Tesla cars uses coal fire plantations, in order to make electricity. This process is not environmentally friendly.
