Dehydration
CONSEQUENCES
A large portion of the blood is composed of water. When water is reduced, blood becomes thicker and circulates slower. Therefore, the heart has to pump harder to push the thicker blood through the vessels. This can lead to high blood pressure.
Darker urine because kidney which filters waste tell the body to retain water, therefore, we have less water in urine which causes it to become darker
-
Dry mouth because the production of saliva decreases
-
Sickness because water helps fighting against flu, cancer or heart attacks Link Title
Mental disturbance because the brain is dry and it must have at least 75 % of water, this can help to be focused, to concentrate, alert and think

HORMONES
Pituitary gland = produces vasopressin that prevents urination in order to conserve water. If the body does not produce vasopressin, the person will urinate frequently, and therefore, will lose water rapidly. Link Title
