Attitude of employee about training (positive or negative. If reaction is positive people have accepted the program and change will be possible
Identify levels of learning- How much people have retained during training. This can by found out by trainers mark sheet, report submitted by employee and actual performance
The HR department needs to understand the effectiveness of training. The behavioral change can be seen in how people interact with juniors, peer group and seniors. They mark the change in behavior and inform the HR department of the sucess of the training program
Result provided by employee in monetary terms also determines the effectiveness of training program that is employee success in the handling of the project, the group performance after training
