- - - - Gifted- The child's cognitive and language development is more advanced than expected for their age.
        
        Talented- A child has skills and abilities that are advanced for their age, such as in their physical development or musical or artistic abilities.
        
        eg. A child who has learned to play an instrument at an early age, is a skilled gymnast, or whose paintings or drawings show a level of skill that is unusual for their age.
        
        eg. A child who is frequently asking questions has a wider vocab than others at the same age, is reasoning, understanding abstract concepts at an early age, and is displaying higher level thinking.
      - eg. A child who is meeting the expected milestones in physicial, cognitive, language and social development but is emotionally insecure.
