An Intendant, the chief administrator of the colony. He worked to keep the colony in good order and shape so know harm would break out and to make it less dependant on France for meeting its basic need. He also kept his eye out to find new ways to exploit for the colonies good
The Bishop Of Quebec, who represented the catholic church. the catholic church played an important role in the colony as it did in new France. it provided spiritual; and moral guidance, founded schools, hospitals, and orphanages an played a slight role in governing
Soldiers
Under Frontenac, many soldiers came to new France to defend the colony against the Haudenosaunee and against the British the king wanted military men to settle in New France, many men had chosen a soldier as a lifestyle to make some sort of living.
Farmers
Seigneuries were large plots of land owned by Seigneuries or landlords in other words seigneurs are Farmers that own big plots of land that they live on and harvest crops as a living.
Habitants were farmers who lived on Seigneuries. were farmers that owned big plots of land on farm sites and huge acres of land sold to them by others

Coureur de bois means runners of the woods the term comes from men in new France engaged in the fur trade by running into the forest to participate in the fur trade with the first nations. the Coureurs also worked independently and by them selves.
Merchants ran kinds of businesses they mostly were born in Quebec most merchants were blacksmiths, shoemakers, masons, bakers hat designers and butchers etc. they imported goods from France, and traded these goods
a voyageur is a traveler that visits multiple places. most voyageurs were men from New France. The men from New France who traveled between the fur merchants of the Montreal and the fur trade posts
Catholic Church And Clergy
The catholic church played an important role in the identity of New France. the two faith between protestants and catholic became bigger and deeper. the two faiths discriminated and hated each other for example Britain was a protestant country and had laws in preventing Catholics from serving in the government position
