physical forms of water
Liquids: Water is normally found in a liquid state. Such as when you drink it. Most liquid forms of water are found in lakes, ocean, streams, and rivers. And are found in climates where it will not freeze.
Gas: When water evaporates it turns into a gas. For example, when the water cycle is happening the water rises into the air and evaporates into a gas form. Some examples of water in a gas are water vapor,
Solids: when water freezes it takes the form of ice. Solid forms of water can be found in the arctic and colder climates in the world. Some example are ice, snow, glaciers, and icecaps
Parts of a water system
Evaporation: evaporation is a fundamental part of the water cycle and is constantly occurring throughout nature.
precipitation: The main forms of precipitation include drizzle, rain, sleet, snow, and hail.
transpiration is the process where plants absorb water through the roots and then give off water vapor through pores in their leaves.
