The advantages of hydro electric power is that it does not pollute the air and it generates lots of power. It also can filter out garbage in rivers. It can even provide new jobs for the un-employed or for the ones seeking employment.
Disadvantages
It is more costly than other sources of energy. It can be quite loud, it affects the environment quite greatly. It can also cause flooding which could be dangerous.
