The thriller movie, Get Out, depicts the constant fear that the African Americans cannot escape from, the fear of being attacked for their identity, their face. Within the movie, there is a scene of which one of the characters are unsettled while walking in a white, suburban area. This scene is ironic as a "white, suburban" area is stereotyped as a bubble of safety. However, this scene reflects the constant feeling of fear that African Americans experience when they were outside of the comfort of their own community.
