Investigate previous school records to determine student level
If learning difficulties anticipated, discuss severity with previous school Administrators / Parents / Educational Psychologists
If applicant is determined to not be able to work close to grade level then, application evaluated for lower grade
If lower grade not possible and resources not available to support student then admission denied
