        At the beginning of each week, spend the first 15 to 20 minutes to review the progress of the previous week and plan the upcoming week.
        
        The first 5 to 10 minutes of each day should be spent reviewing the actions of the previous day along with the weekly plan, and planning the actions of that day to accomplish the weekly plan.
