Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) - this is due to the repetitive use of your wrist muscles when using mouse or keyboard. It can be painful especially in your fingers, palms, wrists, forearms or shoulders.
How to prevent it ?
Use your whole arm, not just your wrist and type gently.
Take short breaks to give your thumbs, wrists and neck some time to recover from working in one position.

Headache – this might be because of the glare on the screen, poor lighting in your workspace, improper computer brightness and color, or a combination of these factors.
