blocking the other half-cycle.

First half- allowing current to pass through.
Second half - current in reverse bias.
- Resistance is very high, no current flows,
potential difference is zero

First half- A is positive, reactifier 1,2 conduct current flow through ABC,DEF and R.
- Next cycle at F is same but in reverse bias, current flow FEC,DBA

- Peak output,load current flowing,capacitor charging.
- At t,rectifiers output drops off.Capacitor discharges.
- Current is maintained,potential difference across load is maintained.
