Definition
Learning that depends on mental processes that are not directly observable (thinking, knowing, understanding)
Types
Latent Learning
Learning that occurs with out obvious reinforcement, and remains unexpressed until reinforcement is provided.
Cognitive Map
A learned mental image of a spatial environment that may be called on to solve problems when stimuli in the environment change.
Observable Learning
Learning by watching and imitating the action of another, or noting the consequences of those actions
