    - - Use cues like smiles, thumbs up, shaking head “yes”, etc to praise students for correct behaviors, participation, volunteering, etc, or to reassure them and encourage them

        The 3rd graders love games and are motivated to work upon their goals if there are rewards. So, I think this will be a good fit for 3rd graders.

        I think it is important even for 3rd grader to reflect their behaviors not necessarily by the teacher pointing out what they did wrong but to think for themselves. The Self assessments are not so hard and I think 3rd graders would be able to do it.

        I think this would be a nice tracking system for me to observe how each student has different learning styles. It would help me as a teacher to help the students.

        Mentoring
        Keep the student with one mentor, don’t switch around, Mentors should try to do something fun or engaging with the student, like shooting a basketball, playing cards, or talking about a common topic of interest

        Peer tutors should be those students that are capable of working with others well and who grasp the concepts and ideas well enough to explain to others

      - The Praise Game
        
        Separate your students into “Teams” (i.e. by table groups). Write each table name on the board.
        
        each your students no more than 3 key classroom expectations. Good examples are Follow Instructions, Ignore Distractions, and Participation
        
        Set a timer to go off every 3-5 minutes. Whenever the timer goes off, praise and award a point on the board to each team/table that has met all expectations.
        
        Note that it is “all or nothing” for each team/table. If one student was missing an expectation, the team/table does not receive the point. They can try again in just a few minutes!
        
        At the end of the period, each team that receives at least 80% of the possible points receives a prize (ie pull from a treasure box). If applicable, you can award points/tickets in your school-wide token economy as the prize.

        I think if the student reaches upon a degree where their parents need to be notified, communication should be very important.This would help for both the teachers and the parents to know what they should be watching out. Therefore, it would be necessary for 4th graders.
        
        Weekly Scatter Plot
        
        This would help me to keep track of how the students are progressing. Often, 4th graders turn a little sensitive and it is important for the teacher to observe what they are going through. So, it would fit my classes.
