SOUCERS OF ENERGY
Non renewables.
-
-
-
Nuclear energy.
PRODUCTION, NUCLEAR FUSION AND FISSION.
Nuclear fission:
Is one in which a relatively heavy atom breaks down into lighter ones in a reaction that is usually accompanied by the emission of radioactive particles.
-
-
Renewables.
Eolic energy.
PRODUCTION.
Wind power is one that harnesses the force of the wind to produce electricity thanks to wind turbines, huge devices composed of shovels, axles and generators.
-
Biomass energy.
PRODUCTION.
Biomass is all organic matter likely to be used as an energy source. The energy source of biomass can be both animal and plant and may have been obtained naturally or from artificial transformations performed in biomass plants.
TRANSFORMATION.
There are different ways to transform biomass into usable energy, but they are two of the most used today.
-
-
Solar fotovoltaic.
PRODUCTION.
To get enough amperage, several of them are connected in series. They are so-called module or photovoltaic panels.
-
Hidropower energy.
PRODUCTION.
A sufficiently large river flow is required to allow a reservoir to be generated when a dam is established.
-
Solar thermal.
PRODUCTION.
Solar energy is generated when sunlight affects solar panels, which then convert solar energy into electricity suitable for our homes
