get a sheet of ply wood
cut out two rectangles (65mm by 170mm by 5mm)
cut a design on to the three rectangles (laser cutter)
attach two of the rectangles at a 90 degrees (edge to edge)
cut out another rectangles (93 by 170 by 5 mm)
and attach that to the bottom of the two recftangles
now cute out two triangles (93mm by 65mm by 5mm)
put these at either ends triangle prism

the mechanism
get a sheet of pine
cut out piece (125mm by 20mm by 15mm)
and cut out a another piece (60 by 20 by 10)
use a dowel joint to connect them in the middle of the larger piece
